Transmission tuning with E38 controller?

Is this even possible? I'm tuning a friend's 09 G8 with L76. It has the E38 controller and I noticed there are no tuning parameters for an automatic transmission. Am I missing something or it's not available with the E38?

You have to read the T43 separately from the E38. They are tuned and reflashed independently.

Is there somewhere I can go to find out how to do this? I see nothing in the tune software that mentions transmissions.

Disregard my last post. I found it after I plugged in the V2. I was looking for it while in "demo" mode.

Glad you got it figured out.

For reference, when reading a controller using V8 S&T, click "Auto detect" and note there will be both a ECM/PCM and TCM populated. The controller with the green checkmark is the currently selected controller and will be the only controller read when the "Read" button is clicked. After reading the first controller, save the file, go back and select the other, then click "Read".
