2008 dodge 6.7 perform service notification in the overhead display......

Hi everyone, i had the efi live mpg program put in my 6.7 cummins and ever since i had it installed, whenever i get on the throttle fairly hard, i get a ding from the stock dinger and i look up and the overhead display says perform service. I have been very happy with the results of power and mpg i have gotten since installing this program. But i just want to make sure this isn't something i need to worry about. Also it does roll coal a lil more than i expected for just being a fairly mellow program upgrade. Is that okay.
