Just got a set of racetronix deka 80's for my 04 single turbo gto. I have got it converted to COS 3 and had it running (not drove it yet) on just stock injectors stock tune while i was waiting on the 80lbers. I had found some data over on tech and tried plugging that in but must have missed something cause now it wont even start so something must be way off! Any chance somebody take a look and see what i did wrong, thanks in advance
Specs on the car: stock ls1 w/6pd btr stage2 cam single 78/75 3bar map non referenced fuel system deka 80lbs

Please post the previous tune that the car ran on (i.e. with the previous injectors).

80.0 lb/hr = 10.1 g/s
you have 94.6 g/s in table B4001
you're injecting 10 times less fuel than required.

BTW (not related):
your B3647/B3649 are lean in the last two columns... you're using lambda units instead of EQR units.

Heres the tune it was running on with stock injectors.
Sorry I'm a newbie but trying to learn lol

Whats the fuel pressure set at? Deka 80s are 80 at 43 psi..... What fuel pump/system?
Edit, typo.

Good point by Team208Ms... they have to be scaled for 58 psi (4-bar) FPR/rail;
are they 80 lb/hr at 40 psi or at 43.5 psi (3-bar)...?

If at 3-bar, then 80 * sqrt(4/3) = 92.4 lb/hr = 11.6 g/s
( you might want to check my arithmetic, I used Windows Calculator and sometimes I don't trust it )

Note that you should measure rail pressure.

43, typo. Thanks for catching that.No worries... there are things I am not aware of (some injectors somewhere are rated at some odd rail pressure).

It has stock fuel system with intank walbro 255. I need to get a gauge for it yet. Also the injectors just showed up today with no data when they told me they should come with it, so will have to call them monday.

He's going to have to cax it and change the minimum transient pulse as well or the 80s will be trouble. I like to take the 80s and run them at 43 on a rising regulator to aid short pulse control. Don't know why but 80s are the cheap TECH go to. 90% of the time they could have went 60s and had a much better short pulse, but hey, the internet said so.

RT has their injector data in their tech forum. You have to make an account and get it that way.
