The controller should be recoverable by flashing a tune file without any security permissions. You should follow the steps outlined here. https://support.efilive.com/kb_article.php?ref=7233-PHJN-8346

I am flashing with out restrictions. Using my V2 direct flashing. Efi wont flash it because it wont detect a serial number assuming for licensing reasons.

Mike unfortunately it was Sunday here when that support request came through, anyway the response in the trace file at the end is error $0340, download not accepted (meaning the anti-tuning security is still active).
Because that flash has not been successful the ECM will be in boot mode, if you can please update to the latest software version that would be helpful as we have done some updates to bootmode recovery in that version.
