chevy silverado tire size tune having problems

Trying to correct speedometer for bigger tire size everytime i go to the file and enter tire size it gives me a error of efilive/v7.5/configuration/cal_adjust access is denied. Any one have any ideas thanks in advance!

Run the tunetool as Administrator (rightclick->Run as Administrator).

Or, if you know Windows, make yourself the owner of the tunetool executable, and in the tunetool file's properties give yourself all privileges.
