Hey All

I have an offroad truck with an LSA engine and a GMPP E67 ECU.

I find lots of features missing and would like to swap the ecu with a standard E67 out of a 2010+ Cadillac CTS V manual or a ZL1. Since the vehicle is equipped with a swapped manual transmission I don't want to use an automatic transmission ecu. I found eBay sellers who will flash the ECU with an OS or vehicle model I prefer.

Can someone tell me which is the best OS so that i can apply a COS for Ethanol Operating System ? I don't know all the OS that supports the E85 Custom Operating System. If anyone has one for sale do let me know.

So if anyone can tell me 2011 Cadillac Cts V manual with the information so that I can make them flash the ecu with factory calibration before its shipped out to me.

Thanks in advance.

E67/E38 COS' are pretty limited in functionality and supported OS'. The real reason (IMO) to use one is if you need the ability to force a different fuel table/IFR table. If you just want to enable FlexFuel, you can do that with a GM OS. If you use a E38/E67 COS, you lose the dynamic FlexFuel sliding scale. Check out the E38-E67 COS Upgrade PDF under Help-> Tutorials in V7.5 Tune.

I found 12639469 as a 2011 CTS-V OS, that is also supported as a E67 COS.

Thanks a lot Eric. Can you tell me what ECU Part No I need to get or a GM Part Number so that it's compatible ?

Thanks

I just grabbed the info from the tune DropBox and x-ref with the EFILive COS files on my laptop that are included with the normal installer.

Quick search shows 12678513, I'd double check it though!

I ordered 12633264 and told them to flash 12639469 OS in it. Hope it works well when it arrives.

Thanks a lot for your help.
