I installed a 411 some time ago in a 1997 chevy k1500

Most everything works fine execpt the following.

No Knock Sensor. Going to run new wire and new plug. Replaced knock sensor.

PCM does not power off when key is off.

I have to disconnect the battery and let it sit for 30 seconds. Then flash my calibration over.

I know these issues are wiring because ive put the same PCM in a different truck and didnt have any issues with it.

Any help would be appreciated.

I got a 99 Tahoe l31 doing a 411 ecm swap and I have ran in to a wire issue, wire is called vss output and it goes to the speedo in dash. my question is is the a diffence in my Tahoe vsss and a 2001 exprss van vss on how it talks or dose the 4x4 aspect effect the vss

Where did you get your working file?

Lextech has spreadsheets to help conversion.

I've done a 96 2wd and a 97 4wd and had no issues. Well speedo issues.
