5500 Party Bus Stock Base File needed

does anyone have a stock base file for this weird vehicle i have here. a read is useless because the owner flashed with another device leaving it in a no start no crank condition. the file in the bus does not match TIS web besides main OS.
build date 08/08 5500 series duramax'. looks like a kodiak nose but doesn't say kodiak on it.

nope. none of those segments are matching either. the bus does start and run with the file though. at this point i assume the H&S left it in an anti theft state. fuel gauge reads 0 but that may be an easy fix if i can figure out tank size.

anyone else have any options or a file with fuel segment 12628680?
