please help $0340 error code

trying to flash a customers truck 2015 with 68rfe using hpp tunes set for csp5 switch. everything was going ok until the end when it stated error $0340 download not accepted. truck would not run. reflashed 3 times with no luck, finally found a stock file to flash back but now the cel light is on for def codes that were not present before. my program is up to date and firmware is also up to date. this is my first time flashing efi live myself, did I do something wrong or is the file bad? any help is appreciated!

They contain anti-tuning protection, if you can't get in contact with HPP to get updated to the software releases that will get around that you'll need to download these two software versions and update everything yourself.
