Operating system is 12660477. Sent file to support and they reported back that 12660477 is supported with the latest software. I am on 8.2.18 and get a file not recognized error. Any support?

V8.2.19 is the latest version, Aug 2018 Beta 4 (https://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?28618-August-2018-Beta-Update-4&p=246320#post246320). I don't see anything in the release notes related to it though, maybe try it out quickly?

12660477 has been supported since 2014.
Perhaps the issue was with the file itself and EFILive was not able to recognise the file type as an E86B.

Perhaps it is the file that is why I sent it into support. I used same method as always and it looks good on my end. If only support would have verified it when I sent it in to be checked......

Yes I understand what you are saying there but so many files are sent in as 'not supported' that usually we would just check the OS is in the current software and then assume someone is running software older than when OS support was added. Majority of the time we don't need to open the files to check if something is supported or not as often people will put in the Email what the OS number is.

It is messed up, in fact looking at that is it not lined up correctly at all.
Mike if you want to send me the file directly I can quickly have a look just incase support has not kept a copy.

Actually I'll do one better, I'll Email you a known good file with that OS so you can compare and figure out what is wrong with your file.
