Unfortunately Josh your link was no longer working, I've fixed the link above so people can see some other interesting things about the company you provided the link to. I find point 11 in the pdf very interesting indeed, so thanks for initiating this on our forum for all our customers to see, I'm sure the company you wanted to promote on here will be very grateful to you for opening up some old wounds and exposing some truths, nice effort.
