I purchased a truck that has an EFILive tune on it. The vehicle is from another state can it be tuned again without buying anything?

Replacing the ECM would be the cheapest route.



BTW: there is no "EFILive tune"... EFILive provide the tools for the user to modify an existing tune/calibration.
