Purchased stock file from PPEI and getting error in photo. I have emailed them yesterday early afternoon and again today with no reply. Owner of vehicle is understandably frustrated and turning to the forum for help.

Ironically the Vin is in the picture.

But it is very nice of you to be able to send him a stock file. That's what makes the community for this software so great. Thank You for offering that to him!

Also do a full flash and the old 4094 file will flash

It gave the same error with full flash.

So just out of interest, the file in your vehicle is for a 2013, the file you are trying to flash is for a 2011. I can understand the error coming up if you tried to calibration flash that file but a full flash should have been possible because I don't think there is any restrictions on the E86A ECM as far as that goes.
