Anyone have this particular file for a '07 Dodge C&C?

I have the factory efd file and also bin but for some reason it won't import into EFI Live and it say the the file block size does not match controller block size.

I think Dodge changed the encryption on the .efd files earlier this year so if you recently downloaded it then the conversion tool will not work.
