I have a 2019 E92 ecm needing to get Vats patch done. Any chance getting it added in?

Try this .calz file.
Save in to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\EFILive\V7.5\Calibrations\E92

I think all you'll need to do is this:
G1210 = Set to type 2 or 3
B9903 = VATS Patch - Apply
G1219 = Disable
Then FULL flash so the B9903 patch is taken by the ECM (this only needs to be done once, cal flash from then on is fine).

do we license e92 same way we do gen3 and gen4 or are there extra steps. I just got a call from potential customer

Yes for the most part, but it also depends on the year model, from about 2017 and up the ECM's also require an Authorisation code to be purchased ($50) plus the $125 VIN license fee.
