OS Mismatch error between e38 files

I have a 2014 Camaro e38 ECM, operating system 12656198. I cannot get any other operating systems to full flash into it. Everything I have been trying is from the 2010+ column

has something changed with the compatibility list?

On the other hand does anyone have a camaro L99/6L80e stock file for OS 12656198 (the tune file dropbox doesn't have one)? Ultimately that's what I need this ecm to function as. Its in a swap so exact year isn't overly critical as far as the vehicle is concerned. Thanks!

12656198 & 12656930 are compatible.
The document is probably not 100% accurate these days and as noted in it, no longer updated.

Yes, just those two I listed are compatible to switch between and the software should not complain on either of those.
I did look but unfortunately I don't have file with either of those OS's to suit an auto.
