Can anyone explain why this log would be so irratic? It was pass though via v8.22664

It is like all the data is out of sync.
One thing I've noticed is you have a number of 'Generic' PID's logging as well, there should be no need for those if you are logging EDA. When logging EDA you are much better off just logging EDA and nothing else.
By having the generic PID's selected as well as EDA it will be slowing the logging rates down significantly (and might be the cause of the data getting out of sync).
Maybe try removing all those generic PID's and see what happens.

Perfect I'll have them send me new logs with just eda selected. Thank you!

The other thing is, with EDA it captures all the PID's grouped under EDA regardless if you selected them or not (that's just how Cummins works). Quite different to GM where selecting more or less PID's does change the potential logging rates.
