I noticed a difference in the DTC Processing between the factory tune and dyno tune files on my LS1B 2000 Corvette. Should it be corrected?

Here are the differences:

In the Factory Tune, Missing from Dyno Tune
P0441 Evaporative Emission (EVAP) System No Flow During Purge
P1222 Injector Circuit Intermittent - Cylinder 1
P1442 EVAP Purge Solenoid Diagnostic Vacuum Switch
P1513 Traction Control Drag Reduction Request Circuit
P1545 Air Conditioning (A/C) Clutch Feedback Circuit Low Voltage

Not Part of Factory Tune but Appears in Dyno Tune
P0116 Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Performance
P0128 Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature
P0700 Transmission Control Module (TCM) Requested MIL Illumination
P0752 Shift Solenoid Valve A Stuck On
P0757 Shift Solenoid Valve B Stuck On
P1345 Crankshaft Position (CKP)-Camshaft Position (CMP) Correlation
P1527 Transmission Range (TR) to Pressure Switch Correlation
P1683 Control Module Ignition Off Timer Performance
P1688 Unmanaged Engine Torque Delivered to TCM Signal
P1781 Transmission Control Module (TCM) MIL Request Circuit
P1815 Transmission Range Switch Does Not Indicate Park/Neutral (P/N) During Start
P1819 Internal Mode Switch-No Start/Wrong Range
P1820 Internal Mode Switch A Circuit Low Voltage
P1822 Internal Mode Switch B Circuit High Voltage
P1823 Internal Mode Switch P Circuit Low Voltage
P1825 Internal Mode Switch-Invalid Range
P1826 Internal Mode Switch C Circuit High Voltage

By missing you mean disabled, and by appears you mean enabled...?

Where is your geographic location (in which country/state do you drive your C5)...? Do you drive it on the street...?

Do you have EVAP system physically present...?

What about AC...?

Did you recently get your transmission rebuilt...? Did they edit the tune ahead of the dyno tuner...?

You could ask the dyno tuner if he had specific reasons for disabling or enabling those particular DTC's.

Sounds like he flashed a canned base setup....

I would imagine he did start by flashing a tune from a car with similar mods. Just wasn't sure if it was something that should be corrected (and if so how would I do it)?

Joe, enable / disable?? I don't know how to do that? No response from the tuner when I asked about it. I'm just looking at the two tunes in V7.5. Car is in US, non-emissions. No work to the trans, still has AC. If we look at the AC, the following appear in the factory tune:

P1539 Air Conditioning (A/C) Clutch Feedback Circuit High Voltage
P1546 Air Conditioning (A/C) Clutch Feedback Circuit Open

This appears in the dyno tune:
P1539 Air Conditioning (A/C) Clutch Feedback Circuit High Voltage
P1545 Air Conditioning (A/C) Clutch Feedback Circuit Low Voltage
P1546 Air Conditioning (A/C) Clutch Feedback Circuit Open

Thanks

It sounds like what Team208 said.

In table C6001 each DTC can have one of 4 settings: 1-Trip, 2-Trip, Non-Emissions, Not-Reported.

Enabled is either of the first three. Disabled is the last one.

But how would you add something that doesn't even appear in the list?

You mean tables C6001 and C6002 did not have those DTC's...?

If that is the case then the tuner flashed in a different OS.
