Support for a 2019 Grandsport Corvette

Hey guys,

I have a brand new 2019 C7 Grandsport Corvette with a Manual trans in for tuning and purchased the $50 Authorization code.
This allowed me to read the tune file and save it, but when trying to edit the tune in version 7 I get an error stating this .ctz needs to be added. I sent an email to support and wanted to post it up here too. Thanks!

Were you able to read that file out? Would you mind sending me the original efi live tune file? I don't think I have that one in my records?
