Any good reading for tuning LBZ ?

I'm a good gas tuner, but diesel I have no experience with. Any recommendations for a LBZ starter tune around 100hp? I'd prefer not use the canned and locked tunes any longer.

Note, I have an 07 LBZ 2500 HD CLASSIC. Looking for 12606128 OS and CALZ
