I want to upgrade but can't reach support

I have V7 scanner only and want to upgrade to the Scan and Tune but have no idea what upgrade option to buy. I see options for upgrading everything else but mine? I've been trying for a week to get intouch with support but to no avail. Does anyone here know which option I should purchase.

Hi Mike,

I only saw your first email this morning.

If you have a valid EFILive license to use the EFILive V5, V6 or V7 scan tool software on AutoTap's interface cable then you can upgrade to EFILive Personal Scan & Tune. The upgrade price differs, depending on what license you currently have.

If you have a Standard license, then the upgrade costs $449.00 (plus shipping)

If you have a Professional license, then the upgrade costs $349.00 (plus shipping)

If you already have a FlashScan cable licensed as Scan only, you can upgrade it to Personal Scan & Tune for $211 (via email, so no shipping required)

I'll be purchasing this weekend.

I used the form on the site and submitted it through the site. I guess it's having problems because I ran into a couple of errors and then I guess you didn't get the submitted form.
