I seem to be unable to drag and drop my ECM and TCM files in to "Tune" folder. Any help would be appreciated.

What is happening when you try to move them? Do you get an error message?

Try the instructions documented here https://support.efilive.com/kb_article.php?ref=9562-EUAF-6679

Using the EFILive Scan and Tune method I was able to get MY ECM file in to the tune folder. I am getting a $0194 write failure when trying the TCM file. I looked at the properties and out 6.2MB of space I only have .9mb left with the TCM file being 1.60mb. When I look at my Autocal system I see the E92 Progr 1 and a e92 Full. Any thoughts

Sounds like the autocal system doesn't have enough memory. Just a thought. Could i upload the ECM program file from autocal to my car first, then unplug and delete the ECM file from autocal and then upload the TCM file to my autocal and then the car. So can I upload each file on a stand alone basis to the car?

Yes, with EFILive you must flash each controller individually. You could also just move the stock ECM tune to your computer and then just have the 2 tuned files (ECM and TCM) on the AutoCal.
