Hi Everyone

Im hoping you guys can help. Ive just finished up and 80E swap that is having some issues. Below is some info on the system and some questions I have. Please let me know if you have any thoughts or ideas.

-2000 Camaro custom twin turbo 6 speed car
-Ran with the 6 speed and COS3 2bar SD tune for 10+ years
-swapped to an 80E with 80E wiring harness I did myself that I pulled out of a 2002 van
-Running stock camaro shifter with neutral safety switch wired in
-Full flashed in a 12212156 tune for 6.0 and 80E truck along with a compare and update from my 6 speed tune minus all 6 speed trans related info. This kept all of my motor related tune with the factory 80e trans tune from the 6.0 truck
-Flashed in COS3

Im new to tuning an auto and Im having an issue where the vehicle speed is higher then the actual speed of the car and its forcing the trans to shift from first to second and then to third in just a second or two. This is all while the car is in D3.

Here are my questions
1. Do I have to calibrate the VSS sensor to make sure its set for my car?
2. I have a couple of ABS related codes that popped up. Would this affect vehicle speed
3. Im running staggered wheel size. 17" front and 18" rear

Ill check wheel size in this new tune to make sure something isnt fishy, but not sure just yet what to do next or how to trouble shoot this.

Here is my tune and my log if anyone has some time to take a look, Id greatly appreciate it.

Thank you,
Glenn

I just realized that my 80E tune came from a truck file in Quebec. So the tune is in km/H instead of MPH. I need to figure out how to change this. Maybe this is my issue.

Its not the km/H causing you the problems, its because the reluctor tooth count is incorrect. Check the speedo section of the donor OS file and you will see that H0102 is 40 and yours is at 17. That is because manual transmissions have a differnent count.
