Hello,
Does the FlashScan v2 have full transmission scanning capabilities, such as a high end scanner would?

What transmission and what are you looking for specifically? Different transmission controllers report different information.

Has comprehensive scanner ability for 4L60E/4L80E.

Yes, FlashScan V2 has the ability to scan full transmissions. Because I used it myself while working on my projects https://netticasino-opas.net (https://netticasino-opas.net/) and https://talletusbonushaukka.com (https://talletusbonushaukka.com/).
