View Full Version : Trying to purchase new license and getting "no payment option available" message.

So I have a V2 flash scan, and have been using it for years now. This will be my 22nd license purchased if I can figure out what the deal is. I have already updated V8 to version 2.24 sign in, put in the auth/serial # and get to payment info and it won't populate just says *required fields, back or continue. Neither option will bring up the fields to enter my credit card info. Tried different browsers/devices too. Anybody have any light to shed?

There was an issue with the store not long ago, it has been resolved now.
