Identifying OS systems.

Looking for knowledge on finding out what the OS is of Cummins ECM is without having the truck. This way I can send out the proper tune file with the right operating system.

Unfortunately you can't, they don't have a system like GM where you can enter a VIN and it tells you what the latest tune would be for that vehicle.
Dodge used to publish a pdf that sort of helped in that you looked at the specifics of the vehicle (eg, 3500, Aisin trans etc) and you could narrow it down. But unfortunately that was removed a while ago for some reason.

Thank you for all your help. Could you explain to me what special/export would be considered as?

They were European delivered vehicles, different emissions regulations I assume (Euro3, Euro5).
