Can any one point into a direction that solve a safe mode issue on 2004 Monaro CV8 vehicle. The vehicle will randomly go into safe mode and we haven't been able to find the cause codeP2125 logs but I don't believe he throttle peddle is the issue.

Don't have one spare to try. However I have managed to get a hold of Holden power train specialist, Holden don't have a part replacement currently on hand but the unit was manufactured in England, hoping they can help with the peddle sensor issue.

Can you check continuity across the solder joints.
Look at each one thru a magnifer/lupe, see if there are any cracks in the solder joints... you may have to reflow the solder.
The "wiped" areas of the traces: can you clean these (rub very lightly with brass wool, just clean them, do not take metal off).
