Guys I need some help. I have been searching and reading every thread I can find on why tunes lower commanded mm3 and duration at 2800rpm and above. I have checked every limiting table that anyone has mentioned and the are all above 145mm3. Everything looks to be good but I am still having an issues with fuel limiting. I was not having this issue before I made some adjustments to the 3-4 shift points and timing on#3 on my tune. I read in one post of someone having a similar issue after making several changes to his tune he thought it was possibly a file corruption problem. I built my tune again from scratch with a fresh CSP5. Still limiting fuel above 2800rpm. Something has happened or I unknowingly changed something. I know its something simple that I am missing. Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

Been doing some logging and have found that when MINJSTAT_F 7 is active I'm limiting Fuel. Then it goes to MINJSTAT_F 19 and then I have fuel fueling. From what I have read 7 is normal and should give full fueling. I have not been able to find what 19 is. This has got me confused. Anyone have any insight on what may be going on?

That is what Cummins shows FS 19 is. If you post the tune I'm sure someone could help you out. You should be able to obtain full fuel with what is in EFI Software on these ECM's.

Do you have any of the other codes from these slides? Thanks

You need to raise the RPM limits under the engine protection tabs. Bring them all up to 6000ish or higher and then use your throttle table or boost limit table to limit your overall engine speed/max RPM.

I would try what Dom_c13b said. I did not see anything that should be holding you back. Even the RPM limiters seemed ok to me (I am on a manual). I run the following
23173

If that does not work try the old tune again and run a diff on it to see what changed.

Thanks I will give it a shot and see what happens.

Still can understand why it was fueling fine then did an adjustment to the trans 3-4 shift and took some timing out of #3 and now this is happening.

I think something has gotten corrupted maybe something the ECU is seeing when its running. I don't know. I flashed the old tune back in after I started seeing the fueling problem. It is doing the same thing and now limiting fuel. My old data log files clearly show full fueling. I'm stumped.

One thing I noticed that is odd is your boot sensor table. Why do you have it like this?

There was a old thread of someone having a similar issue that I am and it was recommend to him to do this and it fixed his problem. Figured I'd give it a try just haven't put it back to original settings yet.

Still no luck getting full fueling. Does anyone have a stock 11352409 48re Auto OS someone is willing to share. Searching this issue has led me to others having this similar problem with with some 602 OS's and auto trans. I have found 409 manuals but no autos. Thanks in advance for the help.

Could you email me or message me those slides pertaining to fueling/timing states? I'll happily pay for them if necessary. Having my own issues with defueling

What fueling state are you hitting? Generally if you fix the fueling state issue any timing issues are also fixed.
