Reading Cms controllers in pass though mode not possible

Hello everyone please help with information
How to read out internal flash out of Cummins pcm what tools required or software if possible . Does any anyone have cummins controllers (pcm) list and chart of reading capabilities for specific pcm number and flash size file format of flash memory . Or if I need to purchase additional Lisence for efi live v2 .

Depends on the ECM type.
All HD based ones can be read out, only 2006-2009 Dodge ones can be read out, 2010+ cannot.

I noticed when I hooked up to 2011 ram Cummins 6.7 with v2 I sayid can read pass true mode meaningful there is alternative write?

You can't read a 2011 via OBD-II, I can't think of how the software would have allowed that selection to happen because that ECM is not even available to manually select as a readable ECM.

I don't believe so (well, I don't know to be honest never having worked at Cummins), it is only the Dodge ECM's that are like this so I guess they wanted them better protected.
You can download the stock files from here though, you just need to identify what is in the ECM first.
