Hey Guys,
I feel really dumb for having to post this here but i cannot figure out this error for the life of me. I have tried removing all efi live software from my computer and re-installing. Same error. When trying to open (F5) BBX section of scan and tune i get the error in the photo attached. I search my computer for the file it states is missing and its no where to be found. I am confused cause it was just a previous customers bbx? Updating software does nothing as well.
