5.9L Cummins+13spd?

Got a friend with a project truck wanting to use a 5.9L cummins and at 13spd Eaton/Fuller tranny. Does anybody know that kind of trucks out there that would have this setup so we can use the block adaptor, fly wheel, clutch assembly, and tranny/Bell housing? Was this combo even used in anything to begin with, I want to take a loan for it, on this website (https://maybeloan.com/bad-credit-loans)?

5.9/ 6.7 and 8.3 are the same at the rear of the block.

The Eaton trans is set up to attach to a standard SAE bell housing bolt pattern.

I would look at class 5, 6 and & chassis vehicles.
