Hey Im looking for some one to look througth 2 tunes with logs on a OLSD set up it is a 2001 5.3 that is stock
, it has been fitted with a 2 bar map. My questions would be. Is my BEN factor calculating correctly. I followed the tutorial it seems to be wrong to me but this is my first time doing this so i want to know from people that have. there is also a lean area after it has been warmed up and been idleing around the 80c to 90c range would i just + more fuel in the {A0008} table? i have some KR in areas were the WB says im running rich i was wondering if that was do to the KR. The owner of the truck wants to run cheap fuel. should i use the EFILive Custom Calibrations {A0000} {A0001} {A0002} to lock the OS in the low octane table or should i just pull timing in the areas it is getting the KR? any insight would be great.

Deatschwerks 60lbs injectors
It is inter cooled
T4 T70 Trim Turbocharger 4" inlet 2.5 outlet T4
compressor wheel .70A/R ind. 2.23" exd:3" Turbine wheel:
0.68 A/R ind: 2.30" exd:2.91" 3.6" hotside
38mm external waste GATE
aeromotive 340lph fuelpump
aeromotive 13129 efi fuel regulator vacuum refferanced
NGK TR-6 plugs gaped at 27 thousands

I did try and change the EFILive Custom Calibrations {A0000} {A0001} {A0002}
The VE B0101 VE table is from a stock truck and i did not add the BEN factor.

87 octane with up to 10% Ethanol would be the fuel.

The tunes above were done last night after reading allot on the forums the tunes below were the issues that i stated in the first post I would like to know which of the tunes would be a better?

Why do you have 39# in B4001?
What is your fuel pressure?
I see alot of things that need to be addressed in the tune.

All of that stuff with 87 octane seems kinda a waste? I run 87 in my turbo 5.3 from time to time but it never gets in boost cruising to work and back home.

Go to the Settings at the top right of the screen.
On the left side close to the bottom you will see General Settings.
Second section down in the center you will see "Private Messaging on" "Private Messaging off" with a radio button beside one of them.

Private message is just messaging here on the forum.
its different from Email.

Na i wouldnt.

I can help you get it sorted out. Ill be on my phone tho so email works best.
I been looking over the tune and wondering why command the PE 12.16 in B3647 and 12.06 in B3618?
Injectors look way off if your Fuel Pressure is ~58psi and they are the Deatschwerks 60#.
and the airflow is reading extremely high at such low Rpm/boost.

and ya the airflow is pritty much why im here every VE table i have grabbed off the net dosent look like mine but its my first time and dont really now

yes vacuum referenced. engine started vacuum line unplugged and plugged the intake set to 43.5 pounds then plugged back in.
