efi licence without autocal connected

I have a valid licence I have had my v2 connected in the past. I keep it at the shop and do tuning from house. I can't get my software to come out of demo mode even though i have my licence in the box and in the license text. Does anyone know how to fix?

I copied from web page does it check with server how does it know when license is correct?
