Hi, OS 12644094 in a 2013 normally mean the ecm was flash with a H&S delete file, OS 12644094 was a very early OP in model 2011, H&S used it on 2011,2012,1013 truck

any idea what the correct os should be then? and will that os work fine to flash it back with then?

When you need calibration info , go to https://tis2web.service.gm.com/tis2web/
input your vin, choose ecm , and you will see the latest calibration release for the vin

to search for a file that match your needs, keep in mind that efilive can't make a backup of the actual ecm calibration , downloading a file to the ecm will overwrite the data
