4.3 CPI tuning valve and secondary injectors

I have a 4.3 CPI that I am re pinning to a 0411 from a 01 blazer. Its being converted to a manual, I found a base tune file to work off of.

1st Im wondering if anyone has any experience adding input and outputs to the 0411. At 3k RPM I want this tuning valve to open. Its either open or shut and uses 12 volts to operate.

2nd in all the tunes I am finding that use a manual, why does the transmission calibration have parameters of any kind? When looking into a manual tune file you still see TCC and downshift, upshift parameters.

To add an output, the PCM circuit board must have a driver (power transistor/fet) to sink the current... so you would have to see if you have any unused driver and if you can address it.
