I am having an issue with a rough idle on a CME 2014 truck and was going to attempt to look at injector balance rates, however I can not find it in the pids.

Injector balance rates are not able to be "scanned" with EFILive. You're best off to use a SnapOn Solus Edge.

The issue you're experiencing is probably cold start. Record Main Injection time, RPM, rail pressure and torque. You will probably see a "noisy rpm signal" and will notice that your main injection on time is about 400 microseconds higher than is shown in the main injection on time table.
