Scanning with 2Bar OS

I am having trouble with scanning the 2Bar OS 1270003. It seems that when I merge the tuning tool and the scan tool together the maps don't match. ie, the vehicle at 120Kpa and the MAP showing 35Kpa in the tune file. The funny thing is that the fuel seems to be correct as i have it setup in the tune file. Just wondering if I need to change the PID in the scan tool for it to display correctly when linked. I am using SAE.MAP on both tools. Thanks,
