2013 3500 Ram 6.7 with Aisin trans unable to read file

Have a 2013 and when using V8 with my V2 it says it will auto detect a CME controller with a large red X over it and no trans, Try to read it says "Reading CME controllers is not supported in pass-through mode"

Was told by another tuner that EFI live can not do this year with the Aisin trans.

I only need someone to build me a custom tune for the engine, not looking for a bunch more power,

You cannot read any CME controller. The factory read restriction prevents reading 2010+ Cummins (CMD, CME and CMF) controllers. Users must obtain a base file to tune with.
