Cm2450 programing error $0537: Controller is locked with a custom key

Hello guys, we got our firts Dodge ram 2019 CM2450b, we found stock tune in database 54.19.01.03 - IA80009.04 54360961AB 2019 DJ D2 6.7L PCM EURO V,

we modified and tried to flash but got this fault during programing: error $0537: Controller is locked with a custom key.

and car doesnt start anymore and cant flash even stock tune,

any idea how to fix this?

Hard to give a definitive answer immediately.
Many changes have been made since support was added for that ECM back in Sept 2019, maybe consider updating to our latest beta here and retrying the flash:

Failing that the only way we could possibly assist is if you can get trace files of this failing flash. we did flashing with latest beta sw. Here I attach trace files 23389
Now car is in dealer, they supouse to fix on monday.
I would like to tune this car, do you think it will be possible?

Had this same issue.. Make sure that your firmware is updated. That solved my problem

Maybe just download the latest RC from here:

Then update the firmware through there.

What ross said. Ran the latest RC then updated firmware. Dont have my v2 with me so i cant confirm exact version. Its whatever is in RC3.
