Convert .ctz to .xcal

Is there a way to convert a .ctz to an .xcal or email it as an attachment to support?

I have a stock .ctz, but I want to convert it to an .xcal and make some modifications.

We don't have anything to convert from .ctz to .xcal, you can go from .xcal to .bin using the provided tool so files can be edited outside EFILive. Many users have access to stock xcal files via Insite etc which is why the xcal > bin program exists, once the file is in .bin format you can pretty much use it in any way you want.
