P59 PCM and PWM fan Control

I am interested in using PWM for fan control. Before using a dedicated standalone system, I am curious if the P59 PCM can supply a signal, based on ECT, to a fan power module? I have not seen this done; however, I do see that my OS has an option for "EV Fan." Unfortunately, I do not see a table that would ramp up speed if this was option selected.

Any experience out there with this configuration?
