Looking for help in getting pointed in the right direction. When shifting the rpms will sometimes not fall as fast to match the up shift. Could this be an issue with increased rail pressure or is there a way to alter rpm fall when off throttle? thank you

Fuel rail pressure, under 0mm3 column, try lowering/zeroing your numbers and see if helps. Should work, classic rail hang.
