To select cells in a 2D or 3D map, click on drag the mouse across the data table or in the 3D surface plot.
You can select multiple regions by holding down the [Ctrl] key when starting a new selected to prevent the previous selection being removed. Overlapping regions are inverted.
You may click the row or column axis labels to select entire rows or columns respectively.
You may click the top left gray cell to select the entire table.

There is no maximum, each cell has a status: selected or not selected.

is it possible to select maybe 5-10 cells in the VVE table and be able to adjust them then press the PGDn key and have the selected cells move downward so they can then be adjusted and so on. This would be a great time saver. Saved manually selecting those cells over and over. Great if there is a way to do it the way i explained already.

Why not just select all the cells you want to adjust and adjust them all at the same time?
You can select non-rectangular areas using the Ctrl key, like this:
