DPF and CAT Delete?

I have a Flashscan V2 and I have a friend that is building an 07 off road truck and wants to delete the emissions, I thought I remember reading somewhere that this feature was removed from efilive, is this true or can I use my tuner to remove this for him? I only tune petrol vehicles so the diesel is unknown to me.

Yes all the emissions related parameters have been removed from the software many years ago for the Diesel trucks.
