flash file will not take

I have a ECU 411 can read the file all day long. After making changes to the file I flash the file but nothing has changed when I read it. I've tried it on my bench harness and in the car. I've did a cal only and full OS and cal but the file is exactly the same as my first read. No errors etc it shows complete I tried it in the EFILIVE V8 and in the EFIlive V7.5 tune tool. Same result.

Anyone have any idea?

It changed everything but deleted my history log and didnt change the VIN on the main file. I'll reflash the new file in with the new vin and hope it takes.

Is the ECU in the vehicle...? Which year/model...?
