Hello,

Can any LMM os be flashed into any year LMM ECM?

Pretty sure that is fine to do, in the software we have no OS cross checks on the Bosch ECM's.

I had one a little while back, a 2008 LMM 3500, that would only run with an 8594 OS, 7083 wouldn't work. Other than that one no issues

Is this also valid for a kodiak 'lmm' OS 12620015, Can any OS be flashed in to that?

You cannot flash a different OS to the Kodiak or van. They are different, at least from what I have read.

I have read that as well, different functions. Some stuff won't work. It would be doable with some rewiring

Yes it can, but will it work in the vehicle? Maybe not if they are different vehicle types as pointed out above.
