What all needs to be changed when going from a built 346 to a 383 all else being the same?

start with the displacement parameter, then the autoVE tutorial.

You're gonna like your 383

I have been tunning on my 383 for a short time with great results but the car was tuned by someone else in the begining but after over $1200 in tunning fees and the car always idleing very poor and other thing i decided to buy the efilive and do it my self but now i'm helping out a freind with his but when we went to tune it on the dyno it made a very low # on the first pull but this was untuned and under 10.1 afr so we said no biggy it will get better but after getting the afr to 13.1 flat and putting some timming in it it never made anymore power HP and TQ stayed within 2 hp and tq, No matter what i did it never made a difference,
The car runs very well its just not making any power

Might be worth a shot to start with the mechanical side of things. My stroker seemed low to me on the initial pulls. A lot of digging turned up a weak valve train. I haven't been back to the dyno, but according to the G-tech and the SOTP dyno, my tires really suck.
