Out of nowhere I went to use my V2 to pull some codes out of my truck and all I got was this. Tried a different vehicle as a test and same thing. Three LEDs lit continuously and screen is blank. Doesn't matter if I power up via laptop or by an OBDII port I see the same result. Removed/reinstalled SD card several times with no change. Is it dead? Not sure what to do.

If you have checked OBD power (without USB connected) and you get the same result you could try booting FlashScan in one of the special power up modes listed here https://service.efilive.com/kb/articles/flashscan-v2-power-up-modes

Thanks Cindy.

I just tried all three boot up methods, powering up via USB then OBD individually and only see the same results as before. Nothing but the three leds.

I am having the same issues, It happened after I used a bench harness to flash an E38, it is a harness I have used dozens of times before.

I tried the boot methods mentioned above and no go, the computer does see the V2 but it doesn't respond. Codes are as per blinking lights: $0081 and $0082.

Is this repairable?

Thanks

I don't even get any blinking lights, they're all just illuminated steady as seen in the pic. When connected via USB all I get is a "device not recognized" notification. No screen or anything on the V2.
