Can't past labels

I am using my V8 to setup some maps. The one i am working on is the MAF table using Hz and the data is EQ error percentage. When I go to the tune and copy with labels then try to past it into the map setup it doesn't past any of the column Axis in. I even tried to do it all manually but it came out all funky, any ideas?

The "column axis" runs across the top and should only contain a single value
The "row axis" runs vertically down the left and should contain all the frequency values.

So select the [Row] tab page and click on the [Paste] button to paste the frequency labels.
