Who has done 4000+ rpm? What OS are you using? Were you able to accomplish it in EFI Live alone?
I have tried a handful of different OS and I cant get more than 3500ish out of any of them. I have searched on here and added the new definitions that were released some time last year and I still hit a limiter.
